We had our driveway and walkway (to the front door) removed and replaced with pavers just under 2 years ago.

I think it took 3 days.

The contractor wanted to start on a Friday but not work on Saturday but I wanted as little downtime as possible so changed the start by a few days so they could finish the job quickly and on consecutive days.

Some pavers have to be cut, this creates A LOT of dust so make sure that this is done away from the house (end of driveway) and that the garage door is closed. The dust blows everywhere.

Also ensure that extra (spare) pavers are left.

Other than that everything went well. We moved here from Naples and the houses we owned there had pavers so we prefer that look.
