Bought my pup in ST Louis... I paid a puppy concierge to travel with my pup so that she was in the cabin under the seat to Orlando. I didn't know they ever existed.. They will send you photos from the airport and plane and meet you at the gate and hand you the pup. Was so easy on the pup and me..
They even provided the carrier.. Wasn't much different then me buying a ticket and flying to get her. I'm sure you can find them via google and look at recommendations. They even provided the carrier..
