What a great list of ideas and suggestion and remarkable inputs to this overwhelming condition in the US and in a number of cases in the world. It's impressive to see some real concern and ideas to start to attack these terrible conditions. It would be interesting if all of the comments and inputs would be reviewed and categorized? Whether you agree or disagree with some of the ideas or comments you have to be proud to live in a community which is not afraid to express their views and a mechanism (TOTV) which is available to provide them to others for review and consideration! I know I am!!
