YEP, what a message to send to the vast majority of great soldiers...that someone can get away with that kind of atrocity.
That same message is sent, and you better believe every single one of them know it, when bad/mentally unstable/power hungry/bully cops...get away with their own prejudices/bigotry/atrocities.
