I am not sure she has the right approach if she is trying to reach “white people” with her message. Her attitude and delivery will turn off a lot of people, expecially those she is trying to reach. BTW, I too was immediately turned off when she took that first bite and started talking with it in her mouth. However, that is the only actual bite she takes. She plays around with the food but doesn’t eat it after that one bite.
