Cart will not do more damage to fairways when the 90 degree rule is strictly enforced by the ambassadors. Everyone stay off the fairway until you get to your ball. Much of the time you do not even need to be on the fairway if your ball is within 10 yards of the rough. Done right we will find we only need to be in the fairway maybe 20 percent of the time. For many of us that can't find the fairway then no problem at all.
