1. Yes, I would do it again. I am having the golf cart garage done now.
2. Power operation- 3 remotes - used Skeeterbeater- screen is located inside of the garage door. The seal seems better than the garage door seal.

Yes, I would do it again. Having the golf cart garage done. Keeps the garage cooler. Used Skeeterbeater - 3 remotes for golf cart, and cars. Screen is inside the garage not on the outside .
