I've eaten in most of the chains and prefer Ruth Chris over the rest. But I've found that frequently there are regional or local steakhouses that are better. Once in Wisconsin I went to a steakhouse where they had a huge pit and you cooked your own steak. The steak was real good but cost as much as getting one cooked for me.
I love a ncie thick Tbone seared on the outside and nice and pink on the inside. Yum
