On a side note, since these were my first hearing aids and my hearing loss was mild, I chose to go with lower end devices, both were supportive of this approach, and I saved lots of money.

we love sarah m. she went out of her way to fit my husband's devices, is VERY personable & kind. yes, they were costly, but we needed a certain type for hubby that is higher than average. i'm sure if you need something, they would help, however SOME insurances will cover SOME of the cost. good luck
