Years ago, I enjoyed many work lunches at an awesome Mexican restaurant where the owner would belt out “God Bless America“ alongside his jukebox every day at noon. His lack of technical ability was part of the charm. Nice memories.
I’m sad to know that the singer feels badly. Aren’t there a few Village clubs for folks who enjoy singing? Some guys really enjoy barbershop quartets so maybe he would enjoy something like that if someone suggested it to him.
