Home Warranty
My wife and I purchased a home here in the Villages, and will close at the end of July. So I went on the website for Choice Home Warranty, to research their policies/rates. Within one minute of logging on, I got the first telephone call. Ok, so they are a bit aggressive. I explained my situation, and suggested they call me back in the middle of July, but right now I am just doing research. An hour later, I received another call, and the first email. At this point I specifically requested they stop further calls/emails. Over the next two days, I received multiple calls and emails, and each time I requested they stop calling/emailing. More than 5 of each. Today, I get the call from the same number. I answered, and they immediately hung up. Now it is getting to be harassment.
My thinking is that if this is how they treat potential customers, what is their attitude toward someone who has already given them their money?
Maybe I'm being picky. But the other companies I contacted made their first call, and have honored my request of no contact. One of those companies will be getting my business.
