Sunny side up is my favorite but I love eggs and enjoy them in many different ways. I fry mine in a little olive oil with a glass lid on the pan. It cooks the top just enough to make it not slimy. Nice runny yoke for my toast to soak up.
There is a Mediterranean egg dish call Skakshuka ( other spellings also). Look up the recipe it’s More work but it’s amazing! Bon Appetite!
