Because it's Sunday morning and I'm bored, I calculated the yearly increase at the 3.25 rate as stated in the 9 year contract with the new provider.

Starting Oct 1st, $22.24
Year 1 increase .72 to $22.96
Year 2 increase .75 to $23.71
Year 3 increase .77 to $24.48
Year 4 increase .80 to $25.28
Year 5 increase .82 to $26.08
Year 6 increase .85 to $26.93
Year 7 increase .88 to $27.81
Year 8 increase .90 to $28.71
Year 9 increase .93 to $29.64

Now excuse me, I have to go walk the dog.
