It seems to be nationwide-like a work slowdown-a historical union tactic. For example in Atlanta, about 6 or 8 of their Police Force outright resigned. And many are slow in answering calls. Their Union seems worried about the BAD publicity about the recent Atlanta Police shooting and nationwide anti-Police MOOD. All Unions tend to have a "all for 1 and 1 for all" CREDO! That leaves the big and for the near future question of whether the Police Unions (which are VERY strong) are going to fight "tooth +nail" for ALL their members-right or wrong. The Atlanta shooting appears to be an overreach for one so-called "bad apple", or at best an over-zealous apple. Remember, society's attitudes change and there seems to be a power shift FROM less adversarial Policingmethods toward a softer, citizen's safety 1st, community uplifting attitude nationwide.
