Not to be nit picky, but, as I read the executive order, if I own a restaurant with more than 50 percent revenue from alcohol, I don't need to shut down. I can just reduce the amount of alcohol or the price, so that my alcohol sales are below 50 percent. Wouldn't that be better than shutting down my entire business?
