What about bars with outdoor seating. Are the customers allowed to sit outside? I haven't been to a bar in what seems like forever so I really don't know how they are enforcing this or why they are singling out bars for these types of restrictions. Not that I want to see these restrictions applied elsewhere.....

Stand outside and drink it? How preposterous, learn some etiquette. Get in your car, turn on some good music, get on 75, do about 90 and enjoy your cocktail. Everybody knows that.
