Oh well.....I guess there's a problem no matter which side of the issue you are on.
Although I do not appreciate people who dispose of masks in an careless way , I don't approve of people who do not wear masks and go out to places where many people will be. EG: church, the grocery store, a library a bank or a restaurant
If a person doesn't wear a mask because of their choice they are putting many people's health risk in jeopardy. If they don't want to wear a mask in their own homes, cars, or golf arts, that is fine. As soon as they get to a place where their is someone, not in their family, they need to step up to being a responsible adult. RESPONSIBILITY is defined as a moral obligation to behave correctly toward or in respect of. "individuals have a responsibility to control personal behavior" Personal is the operative word here as is moral obligation.
