even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while & she found you ! ;-) there may be another but i'm guessing the avg's fairly low compared to the statistics outside the 'bubble'
we JUST found our house & will be there in 30d - i'm the reluctant party & bride is chomping at the bit,,, many walkers waved while we were driving around but it all remains to be seen
