You are not allowed to take your camera with you on a dolphin swim(the dolphins enjoy stealing shiny objects). However the park employees will take PLENTY of pictures, and they will gladly sell you as many as you like!
Kayaker, thanks so much for the helpful info! That is a huge $ savings, I'll check it out ASAP.

I assume that any warm day is a good day to swim with the dolphins. I heard that the dolphin enclosure is heated to 78 degrees, and they will provide wet suits for people like me.
