In my high school (I graduated in '77 with 178 others kids) it was 95% white kids. There were bullies always blocking the hallway going towards the cafeteria, these guys were all white. They would pick out a weaker kid walking down that hallway and scare the kid simply by intimidation, mob mentality. Knocking his books out of his hand and making not so nice verbal comments. My point is that bullies come in ALL races. Bullies are simply looking for attention, looking for others to prey on to make themselves feel superior and trying to either fit in to an existing group or start their own "club"
