I have gone thru a couple of USA flags - the weather does that to them. So, I am headed to purchase another one and will get the last two properly retired. As to the 4th of July celebration. It is also called Independence Day - the day we became our own country and no longer an English Colony. I think that is worth celebrating no matter the color of your skin or religious preference.
