Call the developer and offer to pay the property taxes and insurance...... maybe they will not tear it down. Who are we to tell anyone what to do with
their property? Sumter Co. PA web site says the last tax bill was over $35,000 for a building the owners think has out lived it's useful life. If it were mine it would be on the ground already.
NONE of our business what they do with it !!!!
