When we moved into a "new" area a few months ago, noticed most picked up but yes, a certain few did/do not. Had a conversation with one person, it helped. My thinking was many homes are for sale in my area, open spaces, perhaps the newer folks are used to dump and run or they had a lot of space and left the poop to the elements back home. As time has passed, more folks seem to be aware they should pick up, maybe by watching other people do so, there is some improvement. Sure put your no pee poop signs out, you will be welcome back, I'm sure!
