My all time favorite ice cream is Graeter’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk. The ice cream has large, nearly ping pong ball sized, chocolate chunks in the peanut butter ice cream. The recipe has all natural ingredients and is so thick they cannot mix it with a machine. It will burn out the mixer’s motor so it has to be hand mixed. There are other flavors available but the Peanut Butter is the bomb.
