THANKS for the explanation! I live in a valley and we have not had lots of snow this winter..... just brief storms that turn into rain, then slush, then black ice, then melt off, then rain......... just enough to irritate and make me daydream of your balmy breezes and tropical sunsets
I now realize there ARE other options for NYE and other celebrations, other than depending on TV Management!
