This isn't very complicated or hard to understand. There were 120 death certificates turned in on July 9. The death certificates have the date the person actually died. To actually know what is happening you need to have a chart that shows actual date of death, this way you can see what the actual trend is. When a newspaper puts up a headline screaming "deadliest day ever" it's a lie. 120 people did not die on July 9.
