NOTHING is wrong. We have built in our lifetime, or had built 11 homes. We have had two new ones here and one was sticks and one is stucco and the folks who built them stand behind them. Warranty is amazing. I don't know why they only have front gutters but that is how they all are built. They also do not come with a pull down ladder to the garage. Know that ahead of time. They do other amazing things like hand seal all of the interior moldings. We really enjoy this house. No one is trying to fool ya.
