Did you set expectations when you hired them? We also have two services, one for mowing and trimming and one for fertilization. When they mow they blow the rocks and when they trim they clean up and haul away. When we hired them we went over the scope of work and clean up was integral to the discussion. It's never too late to have those discussions.
