"Errors" is not equal to "fraud". As has already been discussed in this thread, the labs are not being accused of reporting false positives, merely
not reporting the negative tests.

It definitely affects accuracy of infection rates, but would seem to have no bearing on total number of positive tests. To call this "fraud" is extremely misleading & biased.
