It appears that in both places, the virus has run out of targets. I am open to any other explanation that makes sense scientifically.
It seems the virus does its thing no matter what you do. You may slow it down with lockdowns and masks but then it comes roaring back. There must be some reason why it isn't in New York and Sweden.
