Villa neighbourhoods tend to have more snowbirds.
The Historical side east of 441 tends to have an older population, because it was the original settlement. However as older people leave TV, younger peeps fill their spots.
South of 466 probably tends to have the youngest population because a lot of newbies end up there.
Neighbours here are wonderful .. I have neighbours in their 80s and some in their 50s. They are all just great.
