They are calling them "learning labs" so that's different.

It only covers about 10% of the students. The article says it’s a supplement to the blended learning (2-3 days in class) for working parents. It will be in libraries, rec centers, etc. with 15 kids per location. They label it as a learning lab. Who’s going to supervise the kids? How are the kids going to get there & home? Sounds like another political play with out much planning.
