According to the story published on July 13, the Florida Department of Health said, "At this time, we have not had any reports of individuals receiving results from the site without being tested. Results are distributed via labs and questions about false results should be directed to the appropriate testing lab”.
I suggest that your daughter's friend and two buddies report the incident to the Florida Department of Health and a reputable news service.
