In 2016 we were remodeling a bathroom. Burns sent out a rep to measure for the top. He used a pencil and paper and a tape measure. Not the laser measuring that professional contractors use for such projects. That should have been the sign to us that we were in for trouble. When two men started the installation I heard a bang. The countertop for double sinks was probably one or more inches too long. They had hit our brand new cabinet that was at the end and was 96" high. So that was damaged. After recutting it outside they installed it. We called the owner about the damage - but was unable to talk with the owner and he never called back nor did he ever come to inspect the damage or check to see if it was resolved. They sent a woodwork specialist who they said would fix our cabinet. After two visits he was unable to fix it to the point that the damage would be invisible. I then contacted the cabinet company that we ordered it from Lowe's - they easily agreed to send a new piece to replace the damaged side. Burns did install it but it wasn't perfect and never will be. So STAY away from this company unless it has been sold or they have new procedures and personnel.
