Most Villagers are mature. If some "rules" or guidelines were clearly posted, I am sure we could self police ourselves. The problem is the Entertainment Department won't even go so far as to put up some guidelines on saving chairs. As far as I am concerned, a chair empty at one band break and still empty at the next band break is a chair abandoned and up for grabs - first come, first served. Before an event starts, chairs unoccupied for over 30 minutes are up for grabs - first come, first served.
