DGD has been proudly serving The Villages since 2002, but unfortunately we unknowingly had some bad apples in management and in the field up until a year ago. As the owner, I take responsibility for not being more involved in the company to catch this earlier. We take our reputation very seriously, and we are back to providing our award winning customer service again. We apologize for any customer who may have not had the best experience in the past with DGD, but rest assured that will NEVER happen again. Please understand that several of these employees who caused such negative reviews to our company now have a "competing" company, and we would like to see our customers and the residents of The Villages not have to deal with the same people who attempted to ruin our great reputation. Please be cautious on who you choose to hire. DGD will always be here to service all of your garage door and screen needs and we thank you for your support and understanding.
