Some restaurants are open. The local retail stores are open, grocery and drug stores are open, many of the churches are open....doctors, dentists, hair salons are open. I believe that the Farmer's Market on Saturday is now back on....no polo, no theme events at the squares or gatherings of any type

Bottom line, TV is like everywhere else...a lot has been cut back

now that doesn't mean that it won't all come back....once there's a vaccine
I swim laps and will walk in the pool when waiting for a swim lane to open up. I feel very safe in The Villages Sports pool. It has been known from very early on that the virus is inactivated in properly treated pool water. As for social distancing, each swimmer has their own lane. When I walk in the pool, I do not walk next to anyone and chat. There are many that do that but that, to me, is not safe.

This is the information I found with a Google search........

Can the coronavirus disease spread through swimming pools?
There is no evidence that the virus that causes COVID-19 can be spread to people through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. Proper operation and maintenance (including disinfection with chlorine and bromine) of these facilities should inactivate the virus in the water.
