I do not understand how the mayors and governors of these states is allowing this to go on.
Cannot imagine a majority of voters in any city wanting mob rule.
In the local paper today there was an article saying how much murders are up in Chicago but in the good news dept rapes are down.
Can you imagine a mayor saying how proud he/she is of this.
