I was watching a real estate show yesterday about the Villages and surrounding 55+ communities. The realtor used to work for the Villages and still has friends in their sales office. He stated his friends are being told there is no longer a plan for a 4th square. Has anyone else heard this?  |
I also listened to Ira Miller's YouTube live stream a few days ago. Interesting, but I don't know if this is accurate or not. I am betting the developer doesn't disclose all information and future plans to sales associates. After all, the sales associates were telling prospective buyers several years ago that no homes would be built south of 466A.
