What happen when all the boomers are gone? I know my kids have no aspirations towards a Villages type community or even a 55 or older. They want to be be close to where the action Is - but not in DC or LA or CHI or PHL proper. Cities are nice to go in and grab dinner but you don’t want to live in them.
