I'm a certified personal trainer and would gladly help you develop a training program ( for free). I'm also a psychiatrist here in TV which means I work till 5-6pm 4 days a week.... I train at Colony Gym usually tue and thur nites 6-730pm. I'd gladly help you out if you want to try colony. Send me a PM if interested.... again FREE.
