I think 8k is conservative.
I believe the Soc Sec Adm statistic is 8k PER DAY turning 62.
That will be 2.9 MILLION in 2009.
Now, even if only 1% look at this place that's 29,000
And if only 10% buy in that's 2,900 (which is 1/10th of 1% the 2.9 million.
I think any business would be happy with that return in these times
