I agree. The Boomers will be on the way. Being a true Boomer, I was lucky enough to get here early! Most, if not all, of my friends from up North will be retiring in the next 2 to 5 years. Plus, I consider TV to be a very unique Retirement community. We investigated many places before buying here. It's really more like a Resort Community. So much to offer. I absolutely believe the developer will build on and sell every inch of property he owns.
And more power to him! I don't think people can ask for more!
