There are a number of Condo's on Jensen Beach which is 10 miles south of Vero Beach and about 35 miles south of Jensen Beach. You can find the rentals on the Internet. A reasonable one is "Dunewalk". It has what I think you are looking for. It is a 3 hour drive from The Villages.Good Luck!
