6 miles over the speed limit and you got a ticket. I’ve traveled these last 15 years on Buena Vista, Cr’s 466 & 466A and while I very rarely go more than 5 miles above posted speed, staying on the right lane, I have seen some people pass me by as if I were standing still, No doubt 55-60 mph and Never have I seen, not one of these speed demons pulled over. .
