I live on Chula Vista and as I walked my dog the other morning I stopped to thank the police office that was sitting there waiting to hand out tickets to speeders. The speed limit is the speed limit for a reason. And, I don’t believe you have to “ warn” people that they might get a ticket for speeding. They are supposed to know that already if they have a drivers license.
