I'll bet it wasn't "the worlds friendliest community" that wrote the ticket. I'll also bet you would not like it if you lived on that street. Is there such a thing as breaking the law just a little? It's against the law to assault someone but can I just slap them a little til they wake up and follow the rules?
And remember 6 over 25 mph is almost 25%..... kind of like 75 in a 60 mph zone.
Picture this ...... 70 years old and
never got a ticket!
