People need to stop blaming others. And stop too.
Go on a highway where speed limit is 65. Vast majority of people will either go 70 or set cruise control for 70.

Have spoken to several officers about this and most say that unless you are going 7 or more over the speed limit they will let you pass.

Exception would be in inclement weather.
