Just wanted to air a pet peeve that I have concerning TVs Amenity fee. I have owned my home in TV for 3 years now. I have not fully retired so I rent my home during the winter months and use it the rest of the year. My gripe is that when I reserve my winter guests Village Ids I must turn in mine, therefore, not allowing me to come down and utilize the facilities as a property owner.

Now don’t get me wrong...I appreciate the couple that comes back year after year and do not mind paying the fee for their IDs, my thing is why I should have to lose my privileges at the same time. I do not get down there much during the winter months...but there are times when I have been invited to play in members only tourney and have had to decline.

Would welcome thoughts and opinions from other part time owners
