Chachacha,

Wow, talk about learning something new everyday! I'm shocked that you do not have the right to receive two resident cards, regardless of whether there is only one name on your deed. Isn't that blatant discrimination? Not only does that deny rights to your significant other, but it means you cannot extend resident privileges to a guest couple. Is it really a fact that every resident who has two resident cards has two names on their deed? I really wonder about that.
